Some Important Updates to the Settings Page in the PSMS Application.

User Entry/Editing Is An Important Task In Using PSMS Application. The Following Changes Are Required To Make The Task Easier And Faster. It Is Requested To Make Changes To The Settings Page Of PSMS Application.

Requested To Be Informed About Every Job Update Via Whatsapp

1. If You Click On The Setting Button From The Navigation Menu, The Employee List Will Be Displayed First On The Page.

  • When I Click On The Setting Button From The Navigation Menu, The Page Will First Show The Employee List. There Will Be No Grid View Option, The Report Will Be Shown Directly In The List View, And The Width Of The Report Will Have To Be Increased.
  • The Report Will Have SL, Name & Designation, BP/CIV No, Section, Mobile, Intercom, Status, Action Columns. A Detailed Report Will Be Shown As In The Image.
  • This Update Ensures That Users Can Immediately Access Employee Information Without Having To Navigate Through Multiple View Options, Streamlining The Workflow And Improving Efficiency.

    2. Create New Employee Page Needs Changes.

  • While Entering A New Employee On The Create New Employee Page, Name, Bp No, Designation, Section, Rank Will Be Mandatory Input Fields.
  • Each Employee's BP/CIV No Will Be Unique, So That A User Is Not Created A Second Time, The User Will Already Exit Alert Will Be Given.
  • After Filling In All The Input Fields Correctly And Clicking On The Submit Button, The Data Will Be Saved, The Page Will Load Directly And The Employee List Will Be Taken To The First Page. If There Is Any Problem, An Alert Will Be Shown.

    3. User List Required Changes.

  • When I Click On The User List Button, The Page Will First Show The User List. There Will Be No Grid View Option, The Report Will Be Shown Directly In The List View, And The Width Of The Report Will Have To Be Increased.
  • The Report Will Have SL, Name & Designation, BP/CIV No, Section, Mobile, User Name, User Role, User Type, Department Approver, Status, Action Columns. A Detailed Report Will Be Shown As In The Image.
  • The Four Buttons In The Action Column Will Appear In Two Rows, Two By Two.
  • This Update Ensures That Users Can Immediately Access User Information Without Having To Navigate Through Multiple View Options, Streamlining The Workflow And Improving Efficiency.

    4. Create New User Page Needs Changes.

  • Since Selecting The Employee Name In The Name Input Field Automatically Populates The Bp Number, Designation, And Section Input Fields, These Fields Will Be Read-only And This Data Cannot Be Updated.
  • Each Employee's BP/CIV Number And User Id Will Be Unique, So That No User Is Created A Second Time, The User Will Already Be Given An Exit Warning.
  • After Filling In All The Input Fields Correctly And Clicking On The Submit Button, The Data Will Be Saved, The Page Will Load Directly And The User List. If There Is Any Problem, An Alert Will Be Shown.
  • If An Employee Is Inactive, An Alert Will Be Given When Creating A User, This Employee Is Inactive, Please Activate The Employee First.

    5. Some Aesthetic Changes.

  • The Four Cards Above, The First Will Be Employee List, The Second Will Be Create New Employee, The Third Will Be User List, And The Fourth Will Be Create New User.
  • The Above Card Views Will Be Displayed In The Middle Of The Page.
  • The Width Of Each Report Will Be According To The Page Size.
  • The Level Names Of The Input Fields Will Be On One Line.
